Cancellation Policy
GENERAL BOOKING POLICY (Kayla Sierra LLC) Applies to all plans/services. For plan entitlements (call count, term), see the Plan Policy. 1) Scheduling & Confirmation Book via our portal. A slot is held after payment or an active plan credit. Email/SMS reminders (if opted in) are a courtesy—add to your calendar. 2) Time Zone, Platform & Prep Scheduler uses your local time. Sessions run on our video link; test audio/video. Client tech issues don’t extend time or credits. 3) Rescheduling & Cancellation Reschedule/cancel 24+ hours before start. Changes inside 24 hours are treated as used and may be forfeited. Courtesy rebooks/credits are at our sole discretion. 4) Lateness & No-Shows 10-minute grace period. Sessions end at the scheduled time. 15+ minutes late without notice may be a no-show and forfeited. 5) Credits & Rollovers Use plan/session credits within the active billing cycle/term. Credits don’t roll, cash out, or transfer unless we approve in writing. 6) Our Rescheduling If illness, emergency, outage, or force majeure occurs, we’ll rebook at a comparable time. Our liability is limited to rebooking or returning the session credit. 7) Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks Prepayment required. All sales are final once scheduling access is granted. No prorations or refunds for partial periods. A chargeback may trigger suspension while we provide proof of delivery/use. 8) Conduct & Safety We may pause or end a session without credit for abusive, harassing, unlawful, or unsafe behavior. 9) Recordings & Confidentiality Sessions may be recorded for your replay and our internal training. We won’t publicly use your image/voice without separate consent. Client recording or distribution is prohibited without written permission. 10) Scope & Disclaimers Services, coaching, and materials are for information only and not legal, tax, investment, medical, or mental-health advice. Results vary and aren’t guaranteed. You’re responsible for your decisions and outcomes. 11) Communications & Data We send transactional email/SMS for bookings. Marketing only with opt-in; unsubscribe or reply STOP anytime. See our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your personal info or share it for third-party marketing without consent. 12) Accessibility Request accommodations 48+ hours in advance. 13) Acceptance & Governing Law By booking you accept this Policy, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Plan Policy. Governing law/venue: New York. Electronic acceptance is binding.
